Technology & Automation

We build the technology that does
the work your teams keep redoing

Across finance, tax, HR, operations and onboarding, skilled people lose their best hours to work that technology should own. We study the workflow, prove the return before we build, and put your people back on the work that needs judgment.

The Hidden Tax

Skilled People,
Unskilled Work

Every business carries a hidden tax. The report that takes half a day to compile. The reconciliation run by hand every week. The new hire whose onboarding touches six systems. None of it needs a skilled person, yet a skilled person does it, month after month, across finance, HR and operations alike.

We remove that tax. A fintech lead studies how your processes actually run and tests whether each one is worth automating before anything is built. Our development team then builds the AI and automation to run the repetitive parts. Your people move from execution to review, so the judgment you hired them for is where their time goes.

Finance and Tech, Working Hand in Hand

Most automation is built by technologists who have to be told what a process means, or by process people who cannot build. We put both in one team: a fintech lead who understands how your work actually runs, and a development team who turn that understanding into working technology. Neither hands off blindly to the other. They build together. Two things follow from that.

We prove it before we build it

The fintech lead runs a feasibility test on every proposed automation and gives you a written cost versus benefit analysis up front. If a process will not pay back the effort to automate it, we tell you, and we do not build it. You never pay for automation on faith.

What we build holds up

We layer onto the systems you already run, so there is no rip-and-replace and no forcing your teams onto a new platform. And every build is designed to be reviewed, with clear logic and traceable, audit-ready output.

Two Ways to Work With Us

A Standing Engine,
or a Finished Build

Continuous · Embedded
ICE
In-house CTO Equivalent

An embedded technology partner that works as a continuous extension of your team. A fintech lead studies your processes, documents them for our development team, then implements and trains your staff on what gets built. As your processes change, the lead keeps finding and building the next improvement.

  • No minimum commitment
  • Effort tracked and reported weekly
  • Built inside your environment, ownership can rest with you
  • A standing engine for improvement, not a single project
Best for ongoing, evolving needs and long-term capability
Defined Scope · Delivered Finished
POD
Projects on Demand

A defined-scope build, delivered as a finished product. We develop, deploy, host and maintain the automation, and you receive a licence to use it in your operations. Every platform and subscription cost sits with us, not you.

  • A fixed outcome for a clear-shaped process
  • We host, maintain and monitor it for you
  • All platform and subscription costs on us
  • No tooling or infrastructure to manage yourself
Best for a well-defined process, built end to end

The two models work independently or together. Many clients start with a POD build to prove the value, then move to ICE once they see what a standing capability is worth.

What We Build

Three Tiers, From Simple to
Genuinely Intelligent

The three tiers are the POD capability ladder, where scope is fixed up front. Under ICE, the same range of work is delivered continuously, as your needs evolve.

Tier 1

Process Automations

The foundational layer

Takes on the high-volume, rules-based work that follows a fixed sequence every time: moving data between systems, updating records, capturing information and triggering routine actions on a schedule or an event. There is no judgment involved, only execution, and automation does it faster, on time and without the slips that come from doing the same task by hand a hundred times. This is where most manual keying and routine handling disappears.

Tier 2

Reconciliation & Control

The checking layer

Handles the matching and verification work where being right matters most. It compares data across sources, ties records together, and flags the mismatches, exceptions and anomalies that need a second look. Where Tier 1 executes a process, Tier 2 controls it, enforcing accuracy more consistently than manual review and surfacing only what actually needs a person's attention rather than everything.

Tier 3

Intelligent Agents

The judgment layer

For work that cannot be reduced to fixed rules. Here AI reads unstructured and inconsistent inputs, applies context and policy, makes decisions within boundaries you set, and works through the exceptions on its own. The technology does not just carry out a step but runs an entire multi-step process end to end, closing the loop with minimal human touch and escalating only the genuinely difficult cases.

Across Every Function, Not Just Finance

The same ladder applies wherever a process is repetitive and rules can be defined. If a workflow eats time and follows a pattern, it is a candidate, whatever function it sits in. We use automation where work simply repeats, and AI where it needs reading, interpretation and decisions. Most real workflows need both, and we build them to work together.

How We Build

The Same Discipline,
Every Build

Feasibility and cost-benefit

Before anything is built, the fintech lead assesses whether the process can and should be automated, with a written cost versus benefit analysis. If it will not pay back, we say so.

Process analysis

The lead maps your current workflow end to end, exactly as it runs today, including the exceptions and the workarounds.

Build

Our development team builds the solution, using the right mix of automation and AI for the job.

Implementation

We deploy it into your live environment and run it against real data, not just a test case.

Training

We train your staff to run it and rely on it, so the solution belongs to your team.

Quality assurance

Nothing goes live without multi-tier review: preparation, peer review and senior sign-off.

Additional resources or parallel builds can be provisioned within two to three weeks of a request.

Ownership, Licensing & Tool Costs

Clear Commercials,
Nothing Assumed

We keep the commercials clear, because ambiguity here is where most automation relationships sour.

POD builds

We develop, deploy, host and own the automation, and license it to you for use in your business. Every platform and subscription cost is covered by us and included in the engagement. You carry no tooling bill and no maintenance burden. Ongoing monitoring, break-fix support and minor enhancements are part of the deal. Major scope changes are quoted separately.

ICE builds

Because ICE work is developed inside your environment as an extension of your team, ownership of what gets built can rest with you. We agree this up front, so there is never a question about who holds what.

Either way, you always know what you own, what you license, and what you pay for. Nothing is left to assumption.

Who We Work With

Businesses, Firms
and Partners

For Businesses

We automate across your whole operation, from finance, tax and FP&A to HR, operations and client onboarding. We build the technology your teams need but cannot spare the time or the specialists to create in-house.

For CPA & CA Firms

We build under white-label. Your clients see your brand and your delivery, powered by technology we built behind the scenes. You get an automation capability without hiring a development team.

For Channel & Delivery Partners

We serve as the automation and delivery backbone behind other firms' client-facing work, under strict NDA, with their brand front and centre.

Data Security & Confidentiality

Automation Touches Your Most Sensitive Data.
We Treat It That Way.

Built to SOC 2 Type II compliance

The automations and agents we build are designed to meet SOC 2 Type II standards, so the controls an auditor looks for are built into the solution itself, not added afterward.

We work the way your security team wants

Many clients give us access only through their own virtual desktops and remote machines, so data never leaves their environment. We are set up to build and deploy entirely inside that model.

Our own security protocols in-house

Confidentiality and data handling are governed by internal information security policies every resource is bound to, covering access control, device standards and secure handling. A documented standard, not individual discretion.

White-label execution under strict NDA

For firm and partner engagements, your brand stays front-facing and every build and every dataset is handled with complete discretion.

Questions, Answered

Before You Ask

Do you only automate finance?

No. Finance is our home ground, but we automate across the business, including tax, FP&A, HR, operations and client onboarding.

How do you decide what is worth automating?

The fintech lead runs a feasibility test and gives you a written cost versus benefit analysis before any build. If it will not pay back, we do not build it.

Do you replace our software?

No. We build on top of the systems you already use, so there is no rip-and-replace and no retraining your team on a new platform.

Will automation cost my team their jobs?

That is not the goal. We move people off repetitive execution and onto review and higher-value work. The headcount stays. The work gets better.

Who owns what we build?

For POD, we own and license it to you, and we cover all tool costs. For ICE, ownership can rest with you. We agree it before we start.

Is it secure and audit-ready?

Yes. What we build is designed to be SOC 2 Type II compliant, and every build passes multi-tier review before it goes live.

How do we start?

With a scoping call. We map one process, run the feasibility check, and recommend whether ICE or POD fits the need.
